How does the cloud storage capability work and will my designs be secure?
Jewelers may upload and store an unlimited number of CAD design files to the platform's secured, cloud storage capability.

While not currently available, a marketplace for CAD designs is being developed. This marketplace capability will allow jewelers to opt in and offer their designs for sale to other jewelers using the Holojem platform.
What are the requirements for installing the Holojem platform in our store?
The only requirement is a hardwired internet connection.
What are the physical dimensions of the unit?
The standard display case option is 59 3⁄16 inches high, 23 5⁄8 inches wide and 30 inches deep. For the initial release, the standard display case option is available in either black or white. In the future, customizations can be made for a fee.
What is the cost of the Holojem platform?

Yes, a three year lease option is available for eligible jewelers. Jewelers are required to complete a short credit application before being approved for the lease program.
Can we purchase the unit but opt not to continue with the monthly subscription and content package?
The monthly subscription and content package is an essential component of the Holojem platform. It will not function properly without it.
Is there a minimum term?
Once the unit is owned by the jeweler (either through purchase or satisfaction of all leasing obligations), the jeweler may terminate the contract following 30 days' written notice. Once the contract is terminated, the Holojem platform will be deactivated and no longer available to the jeweler.
Is there a contract that governs the terms and conditions for the Holojem platform?
